Resident Evil 2 Remake Sales Reach A New Milestone
The game has shipped 4 million copies worldwide, Capcom announced in a news release today. That is up from the 3 million copies the game sent through its first week.
The greater earnings of Resident Evil 2 to PS4, Xbox One, also PC pushed complete Resident Evil franchise earnings to over 90 million units since the show debuted in 1996 at February 26, 2019.
The 1998 first Resident Evil 2 attained revenue of 4.96 million copies to endure as the fourth bestselling Resident Evil game, so the movie is coming up on this landmark.
Resident Evil 2's liberated DLC, Ghost Survivors, premiered on February 15. GameSpot's Resident Evil 2 inspection called it"a frightening experience unlike any other."
