Beware! These 7 Google apps can empty your bank account

Google has become part and parcel of our lives and everyone who uses a smartphone or a computer. The applications and services of the technological giant are very popular, which also makes it a target for cybercriminals. According to a new report from Kaspersky, a cybersecurity firm, online scammers are or rather have been, directed to various Google services such as Calendar, Drive, Photos, among others, to deceive people for money.

1. Google Calendar: By making 'fake' appointments
Scammers send a fake invitation to the users and just before the event, they send reminders. Hackers add invitations to your Google Calendar account that send you a reminder that suggests you have a wire transfer in your bank account and that you must complete the information by adding the PIN number of the account.

2. Google Photos: By sharing photos that 'promise' money
According to Kaspersky, scammers use Google Photos to share photos that include comments on sudden promises of large money transfers. This is possible only when a user responds to an email. "The recipient feels that it is a harmless email from Google Photos with the heading" as somebody shared a photo with you, but it's actually a scam to get money from users

3. Google Maps: By creating fake business profiles
While this doesn't really take away money but it does hurt real businesses and end up confusing users also. Fake listings are created on Google Maps and at times users might get tricked into dealing with fake business enterprises instead of the actual ones.

4. Google Drive: By using Cloud storage
A lot of phishing pages and malware that target users' personal data – including bank details – often find their way on the Cloud through Google drive. Beware of any suspicious links that you may receive through Google Drive links from unknown sources.

5. Google Storage: By fake images and websites
The Kaspersky report says, "Google Storage is another repository of spam resources. These include links with redirects to fake landing pages and various images for use in spam mailings."

Unlock 4: Why Fourth Phase of Unlocking From September 1 Will be Most Crucial.

Unlock 4: Why Fourth Phase of Unlocking From September 1 Will be Most Crucial.

Since the exams have not been postponed and now there is no chance of the exams getting postponed, public transport, which was functioning at the minimum capacity till unlock 3, will have to achieve the maximum capacity to ensure that exam candidates reach their centres on time.

Metro, local train

Though the ministry of home affairs has not yet published the guideline for unlock 4, several states are in favour of resuming metro trains and local trains. Once these are open, it will be crucial to monitor that all cautions are not thrown to the wind.

Reopening of schools and colleges

It is unlikely that the Centre will give a nod to reopen educational institutions. But the situation will change in unlock 4. Teachers and other employees will be asked to report to the duty. They will take online classes from the school. Additionally, many schools are centres of these national-level entrance examinations. So, educational activities will recommence from September.

No border restrictions

The MHA recently pulled up the state governments for imposing borders curbs while the Centre categorically mentioned that there would be no interstate or intrastate travel ban. From September, the state will have to allow inter-district movement without any restrictions.

Number of cases all-time high

The number of new COVID-19 cases being reported daily in the country has reached an all-time high in the last week of August. The recover rate too is looking up. The number of tests being done every day has also breached all records. Increasing the number of tests is now the focus of India's COVID-19 strategy. As soon as a case is detected, it can be contained easily. So, despite the number of increasing cases, the health ministry is saying the situation is not grim as the death toll has come down. It remains to be seen whether the strategy works out in September as well.

Praveen Singh Jadeja, a 43-year-old teacher from a primary school in Gujarat's tribal district of , is leaving the house and teaching it near the students' house instead of the school.

For this, they have to cross the mud road to open ground. There they start classes with the help of their smartphones.

They are doing this so that students do not suffer loss due to school closure due to corona virus.

Students do not have facilities like internet and television
The children coming to Jadeja to study are students of primary school from third to fifth.

These students are not able to take advantage of the home learning programs being broadcast on Doordarshan Girnar due to lack of facilities like internet or television.

To help such students, apart from Jadeja, about 30 teachers of Dahod are teaching children in different villages.

Inaugurating this project, Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said that education is being improved in the state through technology. The budget was available from 2010-11, but no decision was taken. Lakhs of children were deprived of it for not taking timely decisions. We decided on this and today Uttarakhand has become the first state to start a virtual class in school education. With this, where there are no teachers of any subject matter, the subject will be taught through a virtual class. About 1 lakh 90 thousand children will be benefited from this. The state gets full support and support from the central government. CM said that it is up to us how we make good proposals and send them.

The Chief Minister said that it will be seen how the school building can be used after school time. The possibility of using virtual class in academic studies as well as career counseling, preparation of competitions, literacy, motivation classes will be seen. CM directed the secretary school education for this.

The principal of the school, Somasingh Mohania, says it is another challenge to find and join students who go to the fields with their parents.  It is also important to make sure that they understand what the teacher is saying.

In Gujarat, a home learning program was started from June 15 for students of classes 3 to 12 so that there is no loss of studies, but in rural areas, teaching students under it is a big challenge.

The children living here are unable to take advantage of this due to lack of facilities like internet, television and smartphones. Some teachers have stepped up to help such students.

While online education of schools has been started due to Coronavirus infection, about 40 YouTube channels have now been started by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) of Mumbai (Mumbai). Through them only the students of not only Mumbai but Maharashtra will benefit. Teachers teaching in BMC schools are now getting their students to study online. BMC has now opened 40 channels on YouTube for students to study, where lectures are shared in four languages from class one to class 10. The good thing is that the links of these topics remain on YouTube. That is, if students do not have a phone at that time or have a network problem at that time, then they can read it later.

About 2.5 lakh students study in BMC schools. According to the data released by the administration, about 30 favorite students are not able to participate in online studies and one important reason for this is not having a mobile phone. Now the BMC is trying to solve this problem.

Normally in Gujarat, when the schools open after the summer vacation, at the same time today, on June 15, CM will launch an initiative called Home Learning.

Actually this year nothing is being done according to the schedule, be it conducting classes or examinations or admissions in the new class.

In this sequence, every state and almost every school, college is making some effort to minimize the loss of students and in some way they can be kept busy in education related activities.

In Uttarakhand's 500 state schools, children will now be taught through virtual classes. Through this, about 1 lakh 90 thousand children of the state will be benefited. In the first phase, secondary students will be taught in virtual classes in about 500 schools in 13 districts of the state. For this, a studio has been built in Dehradun, where subject matter teachers will sit and they will be connected to schools.

Through SIT and ROT, 500 state secondary schools of the state are being connected to 4 Central studios in Dehradun by two-way seamless interaction. Uttarakhand has become the first state to start a virtual classroom project in school education. On Saturday, Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat inaugurated the virtual class in 500 state secondary schools of the state. Presently, 150 schools have been fully connected. Remaining 350 identified schools will also be added in the next 15 days.

A similar effort will be done today by CM Vijay Rupani of Gujarat.  The Chief Minister will launch an initiative called Home Learning on DD Girnar today.

Through this, various educational programs will be telecast.  Under this, various programs will be broadcast for students of classes 3 to 12.  Along with this, similar programs will also be telecasted by Bhaskaracharya Institute for Space Applications and Geoinformatics on Vanda Gujarat channel.

Chief Minister Vijay Rupani will launch a "home learning" initiative on June 15 at 8 am in association with schools due to the Kovid-19 epidemic in Gujarat.

Government schools usually open on June 15 in the state. The telecast of educational programs will be held for students from class three to 12th. In addition, similar programs will be run on the Vande Gujarat channel by the Bhaskaracharya Institute for Space Applications and Geoinformatics (BISAG).

Under the Study from Home (SFW) initiative, in March, just before the lockdown was announced, the state's education department connected about nine private channels and Doordarshan to Beam Classroom for all government schools. About 66 percent of the students of government schools were covered by SFW.

Under this program, tell that teachers are distributing books to children in their homes. The teachers concerned will call the children on their mobiles and provide necessary instructions and guidance.

Even before this, the Gujarat government has taken such steps. In March, the State Education Department, along with 9 private channels and Doordarshan, conducted classes in homes for government schools.  These classes were conducted under the Study from Home Initiative.  Under the SFW program, a total of 66 per cent students of government schools were reached.

Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Department has started preparations for WhatsApp virtual class to be held from April 20. On Friday, the Secondary Education Council was engaged in downloading content that could be taught to children. According to the instructions of Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Dinesh Sharma, the department is going to start online education in schools from April 20.

Other officers were present in the office for other arrangements. Then by evening, the details of it were being collected, how many preparations have been completed in the districts, what kind of problems can come in it.

All the e-books are available on the UP Board website. At the same time videos of the subject related to the deeksha portal are also being downloaded, due to which class and subject wise teachers are going to be sent.

Teachers will have to send the e-book and video content to the students 1 day in advance and according to the time table the next day, during that time the students will have to be online to solve their doubts, while the concerned planetary work teacher will give it and also check it back.

There is a lockdown across the country due to Corona virus infection, in which the government has found a way to study online. This is a good move of the government, but the situation is such that there are many areas of the state where there is no proper facility of the net. To fill the online attendance, if the teacher is taught to climb a tree, then how will online education be? Not only this, even in far-flung areas and tribal areas, even today students and their parents do not have smartphones, so how will they study online.

 Private school ahead
Private schools are far ahead of the government for online education in lockdown, while children in private schools have smartphones, laptops, tablets and other electronic devices, children of government schools do not have them all. Not only this, private schools have started online classes several days ago, while many government schools have not started yet. At the same time, children of many private schools also do not have the resources to study online.
Considering the corona and its danger, it is being speculated that possibly similar methods will have to be adopted for studies this year.  In such a situation, it can be considered as a new beginning.

With this, printed sheets from class one to eight students who do not have mobile or TV will be provided.  Not only this, teachers are also making efforts to provide books to the house of such students.

Something else for teachers to think about is that not all students have access to devices or maybe an online connection. With this in mind, we might encourage schools to supply support, where feasible, with loans and access to technology.

However, screen time for the whole length of the varsity day is neither stimulating nor healthy. within the case of younger children, World Health Organisation guidance says those aged 3-4 should only spend a maximum of an hour at a time ahead of a screen.Pobble has created 25 ideas for non-screen activities for grade school children which will be done reception .

Focus on project-based learning; help your child to spot a project they will explore deeply and without an excessive amount of guidance or adult support. Can your child create their own paper court and use statistics to point out how they could pick their dream team? albeit they're homebound for now, could they create a itinerary and allow a replacement destination, here on Earth or in space? Can they design their own future city, including the laws and policies they could enact? What wouldn't it appear as if if your child tried to map their neighborhood? Could they create a cookbook with favorite family recipes to share with others?

New Examination Process for Distance Learning Courses

However, keeping student safety in mind thanks to the continued COVID-19 crisis, universities are refraining from conducting the examinations through the regional test centre process. UGC constituted a committee of experts who were tasked with suggesting new models for conducting examinations amidst the continued crisis. The committee suggested three new models for conducting examinations. Given below are the small print of those three models.
