Hair should be washed with Aritha, Shikakai, Matho, Triphala, Besan, Buttermilk etc.

 Use only homemade oils such as Brahmi, Amla, Bhangro, Dudhi, Ratanjali, Moth. Sit for half an hour in the morning after pouring oil.

 To avoid waking up at night, anxiety, discord, fear, anger.


 Food should be nutritious and balanced.


 Take a mild laxative each week with a mild laxative. Use only home-made oil for items like Brahmi, Amla, Bhangro, Dudhi, Ratanjali, Moth.


 Sit for half an hour in the morning sun after oiling.
